Something went wrong with the InScribe launch. Some common reasons for this are:

  1. The LTI tool is not configured properly.
  2. You are using the LMS "View as Student" feature, which doesn't support tool launches because it doesn't contain account information.
  3. You do not have an email address associated with your account.
